So what is this exactly?
A comprehensive website review and fix implementation session.
Basically, I review your site, identify what needs to change, and help you fix it.
Here’s what’s included:I’ll review your site and come up with a list of recommended changes

We’ll schedule a 1 hour video call where we go over your site together, you tell me what specific issues you’re having with it, and I’ll tell you my recommended fixes.

After the call I’ll spend 3 hours implementing as many fixes as I can, based on what we discussed. Naturally some things might be too big to overhaul in a 3 hour session, but you’d be surprised at how much I can get done.

I’ll record a follow-up video walkthrough of the changes I made as well as any further recommendations for you to work on yourself if needed.

How it works step-by-step

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Include any specific issues you’re having with your site.

I’ll respond within 3 business days with any follow-up questions I have. Once I have enough info, I’ll send you a link to book your session and complete payment.

Before our call, I’ll review your site and come up with some feedback.

During our 1 hour call together, we’ll go over your site and talk through my recommended changes. We may work on some fixes together on the call if it makes sense to do so.

After our call, I’ll get to work on the 3 hour fix session. When I’m done, I’ll send you a follow-up screen recording walking through the fixes as well as going over any remaining open items.
You’ll walk away with a much cleaner and more professional looking website, as well as an action plan to maintain your website going forward.
Your satisfaction is my number one priority
I’ll review your site before we book our session together, to make sure there are enough improvements that can be made. I won’t take your money if I believe your site is already in great shape!

What you won’t get with this service:
🞭 a custom built website.
I will be making changes to your existing Squarespace website, not building you a new one.
🞭 a brand strategy session.
While we might reconsider the way you’re using colors and fonts on your website, I won’t be conducting brand research, sourcing new fonts/graphics, or making you a logo.
🞭 not for other website platforms (only Squarespace).
Of course, design skills translate to any website regardless of platform, but I don’t have the skillset to quickly and efficiently make the recommended fixes in all website platforms.
