After you purchase the template, you’ll receive instant access to the template resources, including the accompanying video tutorials. If you purchased the Basic package, you’ll get access to the Quick Start Guide, which includes minimal video tutorials only going over the things you’ll need to know for this specific template (assumes you already know how to use Squarespace). If you purchased the Extended Guide package, you’ll get access to video tutorial content that walks you through how to use Squarespace and everything you’ll need to know to customize your template (ideal for beginners or people who are not very experienced with Squarespace).
In the meantime I will be preparing your template. Within 2 business days of purchase, you’ll receive an invitation link to access your new website template. The template will be added to your Squarespace account as a brand new website. You’ll get a 6 month free trial with the template, giving you plenty of time to work on customizing it before you have to upgrade to a Squarespace subscription.
The template can be fully customized and changed using the drag-and-drop Squarespace editor. Once you are finished customizing the site and you’re ready to launch, you can upgrade to a Squarespace plan in order to make your website public.

The template cannot be installed on an existing website. It will be delivered to your Squarespace account as a new website. You can then copy over any content from your existing website into the template.
If this is a dealbreaker for you and you absolutely NEED it to be installed into your existing Squarespace website (provided that it is a 7.1 website), please get in touch and we’ll see what can be done.

Your template purchase includes a 3 month support period. We’re happy to help with questions specifically related to the template.
Your purchase does not include support for general Squarespace issues/questions, custom code, design help, or broader business-related questions.
Support is provided via email. We aim to respond within 3 business days, M-F (though response times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).
If you need more hands-on help, you can book additional support at my hourly rate.

Customizing the template is not included with the purchase of the template. The 3 month support period includes questions or issues specifically related to the template, but not general Squarespace issues/questions, custom code, design help, or broader business-related questions.
You can, however, opt to hire me to help you customize the website. The cost of this service depends on what you need – whether you already have your content ready, if you want help choosing brand colors, or if you’re starting from scratch and need help with everything. I’d be happy to hop on a call with you to discuss this, just send me a message.

It’s using Squarespace version 7.1, which includes the new fluid engine (drag-and-drop) editor.

No, it will not work for any older Squarespace versions. It will be delivered to you as a new 7.1 website.

If you instead purchase the Extended Guide package, you’ll get a more comprehensive walkthrough of how to use Squarespace and tips and tricks from a pro designer with many years of experience using Squarespace (over 2 hours of extra video content spread out over 15+ lessons) so that you can customize and manage your site with confidence. No, the domain and the website hosting plan are separate costs that you’ll pay each year. This goes for any website on any platform – you will always need to pay for a domain and hosting plan.
Annual Squarespace billing plans usually include one free domain for the first year of service. After the first year, the domain will renew at the standard rate, which depends on the domain itself but is usually around $20 per year.
You can view the current pricing for Squarespace annual plans here. With the purchase of this template you’ll also get a 20% discount on the first year of an annual plan.

Yes you can use the template for a single client’s website. However if you wish to use it on more than one website, you will need to purchase additional copies of the template. The template purchase provides you with a single-use license that is only valid for one website.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or transfer this template (or any included bonus materials or tutorials) to anyone else, or claim any part of this template (design, layout, or graphics) as your own creation.
