Support Policy
Your template purchase comes with the following support, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any support after this period will be available at an additional cost.
We’re happy to help with questions specifically related to the template.
Your purchase does not include support for general Squarespace issues or broader business-related questions.
Support is provided via email (jen@jen-webb.com) or the support form on this page. We aim to respond within 3 business days, M-F (though response times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).
If your request falls outside the scope of this support policy, or if you need more hands-on help, you can book additional support at a rate of $70/hour.

You’ll receive an email with a link to accept the template as a new site in your Squarespace account. Note this is a manual process, so it should arrive within 48 hours. There may be a delay in this time frame over the weekend/holidays, and it also may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances. If it’s been longer than 48 hours please fill out the form on this page to let us know.

The bonus content that comes with your template will be delivered via email as a downloadable link. This email should be sent automatically shortly after purchasing.

Yes, the template has been tested on both mobile and desktop. Once you start editing the template, things may get shifted around so be sure to check the mobile version and make any adjustments as needed.
Note that in the mobile version of the editor, you can move elements and resize them all you want without affecting the desktop version of the site, however if you change any of the element settings they will also carry over to the desktop version. For more info see the Squarespace documentation on mobile layouts.

As I mentioned in the welcome video, I recommend you make a copy of the site before you make any changes just so you have a backup, because I won’t be able to send you a second copy of the template unless you purchase it again. You can also reference the lesson on Saved Sections to see how you can revert back to the original version of a section.
