Support Policy

Your template purchase comes with the following support, valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any support after this period will be available at an additional cost.

We’re happy to help with questions specifically related to the template.

Your purchase does not include support for general Squarespace issues or broader business-related questions.

Support is provided via email (jen@jen-webb.com) or the support form on this page. We aim to respond within 3 business days, M-F (though response times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).

If your request falls outside the scope of this support policy, or if you need more hands-on help, you can book additional support at my hourly rate.
