After you purchase a template, you’ll receive instant access to the template resources, including the accompanying video tutorials.
In the meantime I will be preparing your template. Within 2 business days of purchase, you’ll receive an invitation link to access your new website template. The template will be added to your Squarespace account as a brand new website. You’ll get a 6 month free trial with the template, giving you plenty of time to work on customizing it before you have to upgrade to a Squarespace subscription.
The template can be fully customized and changed using the drag-and-drop Squarespace editor. Once you are finished customizing the site and you’re ready to launch, you can upgrade to a Squarespace plan in order to make your website public.

Absolutely! There will be a video tutorial in the included guide that walks you through how to do this.

Your template purchase includes a 3 month support period. We’re happy to help with questions specifically related to the template.
Support is provided via email. We aim to respond within 3 business days, M-F (though response times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).
If you need more hands-on help, you can book additional support at my hourly rate.

Customizing the template is not included with the purchase of the template.
You can, however, hire me to help you customize the website. You would need to provide all the content as well as advise on any color or font changes, and I would fill out the pages for you. I’d be happy to hop on a call with you to discuss this, just send me a message.

They’re all using the latest Squarespace version – 7.1, which includes the new fluid engine (drag-and-drop) editor.

No, it will not work for any older Squarespace versions. It will be delivered to you as a new 7.1 website.

In most cases it would be better to get the template as a brand new website that you can start fresh with. However it can be installed on an existing website (provided it is a Squarespace 7.1 website) for an additional fee to cover the extra time required. You can learn more about this by clicking “Learn More” in the section above.

No, the domain and the website hosting plan are separate costs that you’ll pay each year. This goes for any website on any platform – you will always need to pay for a domain and hosting plan.
Annual Squarespace billing plans usually include one free domain for the first year of service. After the first year, the domain will renew at the standard rate, which depends on the domain itself but is usually around $20 per year.
You can view the current pricing for Squarespace annual plans here. With the purchase of this template you’ll also get a 20% discount on the first year of an annual plan.

Yes you can use a template for a single client’s website. However if you wish to use it on more than one website, you will need to purchase additional copies of the template. The template purchase provides you with a single-use license that is only valid for one website.
This is a pretty good deal! If you have a client paying you $4000 for a website and you purchase a template for $300, that’s a huge profit. I only ask that you please not be a jerk about it and reuse the template for multiple clients – just buy it again!
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or transfer this template (or any included bonus materials or tutorials) to anyone else, or claim any part of this template (design, layout, or graphics) as your own creation.
